Jacobs Ladder
Wednesday, March 6th, 2024The Chiltern Society Volunteers have recently completed much needed improvement and repair works to Jacobs Ladder. These much used steps have been used for many years. Continued maintenance will ensure that they can be used for years to come. Tree works on the common, March 2024
Wednesday, March 6th, 2024Following advice from the arboriculturist engaged by the Parish Council to conduct regular inspection of trees, two mature trees on the War Memorial ‘triangle,’ bordered by Bois Lane, Glebe Way and North Road, will unfortunately have to be felled in March 2024 because they have been reported to be affected by ash dieback disease.
