The Forum has been developed to identify the community safety priorities in Chiltern District for the next three months.   It will take place on Wednesday 21 November, 7.30pm-9.30pm at Rossetti Hall, 38 New Pond Road, Holmer Green HP15 6SU

This is a great opportunity to identify, review and resolve priority neighbourhood issues. The forums bring together the police, members of the public, partners, stakeholders and community groups, enabling us to work together to solve issues in our communities.  For more information click here.

Chesham Bois Parish Council are inviting applications for grant funding.   An application form can be downloaded here.

The annual parade will begin at St Leonard’s Church at 11.15am and will  walk along Bois Lane,  reaching the War Memorial at approximately 11.45am for a Remembrance Service.   This year St Leonard’s Church are providing soup and bread in the Parish Centre directly after the service.

This is a very well attended event. Local motorists should avoid the area and note that Bois Lane and North Road (Bois Lane end) will be closed between 11am and 12:30pm.

Latimer Road, between Blackwell Hall Lane and Bois Mill will be closed (access only) between 8pm and 5am for 5 days from 1st October as BT Openreach works takes place.  A diversion will be in place.

Bucks County Council have opened a public consultation on the future of the county’s household recycling centres.  The consultation sets out the proposes for the future of the service.   Please let them have your views by visiting http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/hrc-review .

Transport for Bucks (TfB) have announced that the A416 Amersham Road between Amersham and Chesham will be closed through Chesham Bois (Copperkins Road to Chiltern Road) between 7pm and 6am from Wed 12 September until Fri 21 September for road resurfacing works.

Route 1 and 105 buses will be diverted after 7pm via Sycamore Road, Bois Lane, Bois Moor Road and  Waterside.  Stops along Amersham Road and Chesham Road will not be served.
